    I started Plaquenil last week and so far the side effects are dizziness, nausea and tummy feeling weird. I was just wondering has long it takes to adjust and if taking twice the dose will result in higher discomfort.

  7. I currently take plaquenil, azathioprine, and 2 BP nerd 1 prescribed for migraines years before lupus dx. Lately, I’ve been experiencing extreme itchiness, almost painful sometimes. It lasts for almost an hour after I’m out of the shower. I’m thinking it’s related to the azathioprine because it didn’t start until after I started it.
