    Hydroxychloriquine And Depression - Lupus - Inspire I am on plaquniel and have severe anxiety/panic disorder. However, I didn’t experience any increase in anxiety and/or depression. Any medication can cause side effects. However, the vast majority have no significant side effects while on this med. talk to your Rheum about it. Good luck
